Despina is Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with a master from University of Southern California.
She has twenty years of experience in the mental health field including working with immigrants, single parents, hospital setting and outpatient setting. Her specialties and interests including anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma, and women’s issues as well as children and adolescents.
She is a mother of two children ages 16 and 13, as well as three four-legged “children”. The 13 boy was adopted from Russia about 10 years ago and biological 16 years old daughter.
